IPTV USA offers a 3-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 3 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:
- The refund request must be made within 3 days of the original purchase date
- You must provide a valid reason for your dissatisfaction
- Your account must not have been terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
- This must be your first refund request (one refund per customer)

4. Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method

- Your IPTV subscription will be deactivated upon refund approval
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Requests made after the 3-day guarantee period
- Account termination due to Terms of Service violations
- Issues caused by the customer's internet connection or device
- Duplicate refund requests
6. Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds or prorated refunds for unused subscription time after the 3-day guarantee period has passed.
