DMCA takedown notices should be sent to our designated copyright agent via the contact channels listed on our website. Please include "DMCA Notice" in the subject line.

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Acknowledge receipt of the notice within 24 hours
  • Review the claim and take appropriate action promptly

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We may also limit access to our service for any user who infringes the intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

7. Good Faith

Please note that misrepresentations in a DMCA notice or counter-notification may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorney fees. If you are unsure whether material infringes your copyright, consider consulting an attorney before sending a notice.
